I am working a lot at the moment as I need to catch up on some shifts after taking holidays at Christmas. I have been complaining; but at least I get to use the commute to listen to all of my podcasts that I missed while I was away.
I listen to lots of craft and knitting podcasts and one of my favourites is Craft Sanity. Jennifer (the podcaster/host) is a mother of two and a Journalist. Her podcasts are basically interviews with different people in the craft world. She has such a knack of getting these people to tell their stories about what they do and what inspires them.
Anyway; episode 45 was an interview with the author of the book “Craftivity” and was giving a copy away. Well long story short – I won it.
I am so pleased. I have had a package waiting to be collected for some time now and because I didn’t know what it was, I haven’t rushed to get it. Now I can’t wait to finish work and get to the post office.
